What is Pro?
Pro is Kaviqa's full plan. Everything that finds you a fare stays free. Pro adds instant alerts on up to 10 routes you watch, the full Hack Shield check on every split-ticket deal, and Points and Cash & Points searches more than 60 days ahead.
How do I cancel?
Online, from Billing, whenever you like. There is no email to write and no form. You can cancel online from Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
How does the refund work?
Within 30 days, if Pro hasn't found you a deal worth it, just email us and we'll refund you in full. To claim it, email support@kaviqa.com.
Is a split ticket safe?
A split ticket is two or more separate bookings. It often costs far less, but if your first flight is late, the airline on the next ticket generally doesn't have to rebook you. Hack Shield looks at the time between flights, bags, entry rules and airport changes, and tells you the risk before you book. It makes the risk visible; it can't remove it, so leave a buffer and read the warnings.
What is Plus, and how is it different from Pro?
Plus is A$12 a month or A$99 a year and covers Points searches more than 60 days ahead, and watching up to 3 routes for a deal. Pro adds Cash & Points searches beyond 60 days, instant alerts on up to 10 routes and the full Hack Shield check on every split-ticket deal. You can move from Plus to Pro from Billing at any time: you pay only the difference for the rest of your current period, and your renewal date does not change.
What is the launch price?
Early members pay A$169 per year or A$24 per month instead of the standard A$199 per year or A$29 per month. Launch price for the first 50 members. Locked in while you stay subscribed. You keep your price for as long as you stay on the same plan. If you are on the launch price and later switch between monthly and yearly, you keep launch pricing for the new period, while we still offer it. Anyone who joins, upgrades from Plus, switches period or comes back after a break of more than 90 days while the offer is open gets the launch price, for as long as places last. After that, the price is the standard one.
