Privacy policy
Kaviqa collects only the information needed to run accounts, subscriptions, saved preferences, and flight research.
This includes account email, authentication identifiers, saved routes, airline preferences, search inputs, billing customer identifiers, and operational logs needed to diagnose searches and keep the service reliable.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Kaviqa stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, but does not store full card numbers.
Service providers
Kaviqa uses providers such as Supabase for account/database storage, Stripe for billing, and Google Flights pages for live fare research. These providers process data under their own terms and policies.
How data is used
Data is used to provide searches, check subscription access, remember saved settings, improve route intelligence, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot support requests.
Kaviqa does not sell personal information. Search and route data may be used in aggregated or de-identified form to improve the service.
