Include the account email, route, travel dates, cabin, and a short description of what happened. Do not send full payment card details.
Billing
Cash fares are always free. Points and Cash & Points are free for departures within the next 60 days, with no account required. The window moves forward every day.
Create an account and subscribe to search points and Cash & Points more than 60 days ahead. Plans cost A$25 AUD per month or A$129 AUD per year.
Active subscribers can manage billing and cancel future renewal from the Billing page inside Kaviqa. Stripe handles payment method updates and subscription management.
Flight bookings
Kaviqa does not book flights or change airline tickets. For booking, cancellation, schedule change, baggage, visa, or refund issues on a flight ticket, contact the airline or booking provider you used.
