Terms and subscription conditions

There are 2 paid plans: A$25 AUD per month, or A$200 AUD per year. Every plan unlocks the same thing: live search verification for eligible routes and access to booking details that are otherwise hidden in previews.

Billing is handled by Stripe. Kaviqa does not store full card numbers. Your subscription renews at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose, until cancelled. You can manage or cancel through the billing portal linked from the app.

Promo codes, where offered, are applied at checkout and are subject to whatever limits are set on the individual code, such as an expiry date, a redemption limit, or a restriction to one plan.

Cancelling stops future renewal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period unless Stripe or Kaviqa says otherwise.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for a billing period that has already started, except where required by applicable law or where Kaviqa decides a refund is appropriate.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Live searches are limited to 10 searches per 5 minutes per account or visitor. Kaviqa may pause, throttle, or block use that harms service reliability, abuses scraping capacity, attempts to bypass billing, or interferes with other users.

Kaviqa does not guarantee savings, fare availability, booking success, or that a shown route will be suitable for your trip. Split-ticket, positioning, mixed-cabin, and self-transfer options can involve extra baggage, visa, overnight, missed-connection, and cancellation risk.
