Fly business class for less, in the right seat.

We find it, show you on a video call, and book it with you. Like a travel agent, without the commission.

Booking business class yourself is confusing, and many travel agents are paid by what you spend. We’re paid one flat fee, so the cheapest way to fly is the one we recommend.

Why not a travel agent?

Many travel agents are paid by what you spend. We’re not.

For example, from one of our reports

Two fares. The same seat.

The fare with a lounge included

€5,300

for two

The same seat, on the fare without it. They could already use the lounge.

€4,538

for two

€762 less, more than our fee.

On a business-class trip that costs thousands, one right choice can be worth more than the fee.

What a normal booking misses

A search page or an emailed quote leaves out what decides the price and the seat.

  1. A search doesn’t show what you’re really buying

The same route can mean a suite with a door or an open seat, depending on the flight or the date.

We check the plane and seat on every flight before we recommend it.

Airlines fly different planes on the same route, and a results page rarely says which seat comes with which flight. We check each one, and tell you what you’ll actually sit in.

  2. The best cabin can be sold under another airline’s name

Partner airlines sell each other’s flights, so the better plane can hide behind a flight number you’d skip.

We give you the exact wording to look for when you book.

A flight can be sold by one airline and flown by another. The booking page says which in a short line that’s easy to miss. We point it out, so you book the one you want.

  3. The cheapest way often isn’t one ticket

Two tickets and an extra stop can make the same business-class trip far cheaper.

We build those routes, check them, and tell you when one ticket is still the better deal.

Separate tickets carry a real risk: if the first flight runs late, the second airline doesn’t have to wait. We leave time between them and tell you the risk up front, so you can decide.

  4. Small fare choices cost hundreds

Two fares can buy exactly the same seat and differ only in extras like lounges or changes.

We tell you which extras are worth it for you, and which aren’t.

If your card or status already gets you into the lounge, paying for it again in the fare makes no sense. If your plans might change, the flexible fare can be worth it. We look at your trip, not the average one.

How to book

Choose whichever date and fare suit you best. The next pages show the lounge options, the seats and the wording to look for when booking.

If anything is confusing, send it over and I’ll help you choose. Travel between Sydney and Perth is separate.

How it works

It starts with a free call

  1. Tell us where you want to go

Your name, your email and the trip, in your own words. About a minute, nothing to pay.

  2. A free Google Meet call

We share the screen, find out everything you want, and tell you honestly whether we can help.

  3. Pay A$499, and we build your report

Other flight numbers, nearby gateway cities, the right fare and dates: we try them all and write down what works.

  4. We book it together

On the call: you pay the airlines directly, so we never hold your ticket money.

The price

A$499 per trip

Whole booking, any number of travellers. Flights are paid separately. No extra Kaviqa fees.

If we can't find a trip that matches your brief (route, dates, cabin and budget), we refund the A$499 in full.

Found a fare yourself? Send it to us. If we can’t beat it, cheaper or a better seat for the same price, we refund the A$499 in full.

The refund rule, word for word

Sending a request and a short intro call are free. To start, you pay A$499 per trip; we then build your personal trip report and book it together with you. You get a full refund if we can't find a trip that matches your brief (route, dates, cabin and budget), if you cancel before your report is delivered, or if something goes wrong on our side and we can't complete the booking. You also get a full refund if you send us a fare you found yourself for the same trip before your report is delivered, and we can't beat it: cheaper, or a better seat for the same price. Once your report is delivered and your trip is booked, the fee is non-refundable.

Who we are

Kaviqa is an Australian flight search built for business class. We built it to find what a normal search misses: other flight numbers, nearby gateway cities and split tickets. This service is the same know-how, applied by a person to your trip.

Questions

Before you ask.

Does it work for my trip?

Any trip in business or first: on your own, as a couple or a family, one way or return, one city or several. If you have points or airline status, we take them into account. If we can’t help, we’ll tell you on the free call.

What does it cost?

A$499 per trip. One price for the whole booking, however many travellers. No extra Kaviqa fees. The flights themselves are paid by you, directly to the airlines or booking sites. Nothing is due when you send a request or for the intro call.

Is it worth A$499?

On a business-class trip that costs thousands, one right choice can be worth more than the fee. In one of our reports, choosing the right fare saved two people more than our fee, in the same seat. We take no commission on your flights, so the cheapest way is the one we recommend. And if we can’t find a trip that matches your brief, you get the fee back.

Who’s behind this?

Kaviqa is an Australian flight search built for business class. We built it to find what a normal search misses: other flight numbers, nearby gateway cities and split tickets. This service is the same know-how, applied by a person to your trip. Our business details are on the Legal page.

What happens on the intro call?

It’s a Google Meet where we share the screen. We find out everything you want from the trip: where and when, who’s coming, the seats and lounges that matter to you, any points or status, and your budget. Then we tell you honestly whether we can help. It’s free, with no obligation.

What do I get for the fee?

A route built around you, in your own trip report like the example on this page: the flights and dates we found, which seats and lounges to expect, and exactly what to look for when booking. Then we book it together with you.

How do you save me money?

By trying what most people never do: other flight numbers on the same route, nearby gateway cities on separate tickets, other dates and the right fare type. We take no commission on your flights, so the cheapest way is the one we recommend.

Do you hold my money?

No. You pay the A$499 fee to us, and pay the airlines or booking sites directly for your flights. We take no commission on them. The fee is asked for only after the free intro call, once we've confirmed we can help.

How fast will I hear back?

Within 1–2 business days we’ll email you a Google Meet invite for one of the times you picked.

How many trips do you take on?

A limited number each week, so every trip gets proper attention. If we're full, we'll say so and tell you when we can start.

What if you can't match my brief?

Sending a request and a short intro call are free. To start, you pay A$499 per trip; we then build your personal trip report and book it together with you. You get a full refund if we can't find a trip that matches your brief (route, dates, cabin and budget), if you cancel before your report is delivered, or if something goes wrong on our side and we can't complete the booking. You also get a full refund if you send us a fare you found yourself for the same trip before your report is delivered, and we can't beat it: cheaper, or a better seat for the same price. Once your report is delivered and your trip is booked, the fee is non-refundable.
